We have a new machine!
In June, we welcomed a brand-new Citizen L32 machine to our lineup. This addition further enhances our capabilities and capacity, enabling us to deliver even more precise and efficient solutions to our clients.

Getting (even more) organised with a new scheduler
Our new advanced order scheduler, installed in July 2024, is revolutionising our operations. It allows us to drag and drop orders to different machines, perform comprehensive capacity analysis, and predict lead times more accurately. This innovation, supplied by Fitfactory, ensures we remain at the forefront of precision engineering.
Welcoming a brand-new inspection room
We are excited to announce the opening of our new inspection room, equipped with Bott tool chests for gauge organisation. This quiet room is dedicated to inspection, ensuring we maintain the highest quality standards in all our products.
Staying up to date with new software
Our commitment to innovation continues with the implementation of new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) business management software in 2024. This software enhances document management, supports complete digitisation, offers advanced drag-and-drop dynamic scheduling, facilitates shop floor data collection, and introduces paperless job packs. These improvements streamline our operations and ensure we provide the best possible service to our customers.
